Pros: This is by far one of the best utilities out there for PC security. UltraSentry cleans browsers, cookies, registry entries, and has a easy to use Wizard for all sorts of cleaning actions. The features are too numerous to mention but the one that really impressed me was the scheduler. This is the best you can get for the money. I use it every day.
