    StumbleThru was released recently by StumbleUpon, a good way to discover new sites and videos on the Internet. The new product is a new way to explore personalized content within fast-growing sites such as Flickr, MySpace, Wikipedia, and YouTube. StumbleThru gives users the possibility to target their Stumbling to specific domains and uses the same thumbs-up and thumbs-down rating system used by StumbleUpon to form collaborative opinions on the quality of articles, pages, photos, and videos. As a result, users reveal important content without using inefficient search engines that can return unrelated results. The StumbleUpon community is made of more than 2 million individuals and has recommended more than 9 million sites.

    Sites like Flickr and MySpace evolved fast and made it difficult to find new and meaningful content within the millions of pages at these domains. StumbleThru makes it possible for Stumblers to see only the content that is personally relevant to them and submitted and rated by the StumbleUpon community.

    David Feller, Vice President, Marketing at StumbleUpon, stated: "The collaborative nature of Web 2.0 sites like YouTube and Wikipedia means that content is constantly being generated by millions of users. StumbleThru provides users the ability to skip the clutter and unearth only the best that these domains have to offer."

    In addition Carla Thompson, analyst at The Guidewire Group, stated: "StumbleUpon is blazing a path towards a more personalized Web and StumbleThru is an important step in that direction. StumbleThru has immediate mass appeal, filtering through the noise to get people the content they want."

    The service is currently available for some of the most popular sites on the Web including Flickr, MySpace, Wikipedia, YouTube, BBC, CNN, PBS, The Onion, Physorg and more. More domains will be accesible in the near future. StumbleThru is available in the following ways:

- StumbleUpon toolbar: When on a StumbleThru domain, an icon is showed in the StumbleUpon toolbar. Users can click on the icon and concentrate stumbling on the selected site.
- StumbleUpon review page: Links to StumbleThru domains now appear on the corresponding StumbleUpon review pages. Users can click through to StumbleThru.
- Dedicated StumbleThru site: StumbleThru can be used directly at http://www.stumbleupon.com/stumblethru.php

The innovative discovery capabilities of StumbleUpon, StumbleVideo, and StumbleThru make it possible to:
    * Easily share the recommended sites with friends and other Stumblers
    * Rate and review websites
    * Stumble the Internet for great Websites, videos, pictures, games and more
    * Rate and review online videos
    * Keep an online history of discovered sites and content
