The technology leader providing the Broadband Explorer (BBX) diagnostics and provisioning software, Integrated BroadBand Services, LLC, and RR Enterprises LTD, today announced the successful integration of BBX with the RR SmartLink Internet Module (Subscriber Management and Billing System) for their mutual customers.

To complete the integration with the RR SmartLink Internet Module, its Billing API was customized by IBBS. The vital subscriber and service related data is formatted and exported by the RR System and imported into IBBS's Billing API, and configured with the necessary elements for the delivery of service to the subscriber. Customers will benefit, with this integrated solution, from the elimination of "swivel chair", improved revenue assurance, and better data management.
