The separation from DocuVault Group LLLP, Denver, CO, its partner, to go forth as a sole entity, offering records management and information destruction services as well as business and residential document storage and scanning, data backup, and shredding services in NJ, PA and DE has been announced recently by DocuVault Delaware Valley LLC.

President, DocuVault Delaware Valley, Keith DiMarino, declared: "I am pleased to introduce DocuVault Delaware Valley as a single enterprise. This strategic business move is an investment in the company's future, our customers, and employees." He adds: "Going forward, we will be able to directly address changing customer needs. Customers will benefit from our new position of strength."

DocuVault Delaware Valley (DDV), based in West Deptford since its 2001 establishment, will retain its name, contact information, and employees. DiMarino, an alumnus of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, has been at the helm at the New Jersey location since day one.

DiMarino continued: "Our customers will continue to receive the same secure, convenient records management and information destruction services they've come to rely on."

During the transition to 100% ownership by DDV customers will experience no delay or interruption in service. The transaction was completed for an undisclosed amount.

The privately held enterprise plans to enhance personalized service and conveniences, and add new services to its offerings.

DDV, to ensure identity/property protection, conducts employee background and drug tests, provides certificates of destruction, and complies with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and FACTA (Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act) laws.
