The StoneEagle Group (StoneEagle) announced today that the leading provider of revolutionary F&I selling software and superior aftermarket programs, Innovative Aftermarket Systems (IAS), has selected SEcureCard to automate the claims management process for its R.O.A.D. InTire program.

SEcureCard is a business to business payment solution that has been providing third party administrators with a real-time approach for handling claim payments and reduced labor costs since 2004. SEcureCard eliminates the tedious manual paper-based reconciliation processes that normally can take claims departments an average of five to seven days to resolve.

Now, the IAS claims department authorizes a unique "one-time" use SEcureCard MasterCard® number for each claim, when a dealer (payee) requests approval for repairs covered under the R.O.A.D. InTire program. The payee then receives an electronic authorization complete with the 16 digit number, expiration date and security code. SEcureCard reconciles the information to the approved claim, once the payee completes the repair and submits the transaction, and the payment is automatically processed through IAS' administration system.

Bob Corbin, President of IAS said: "SEcureCard has produced numerous benefits for IAS. It not only provides our dealers with a more streamlined and responsive claims process, it also simplifies reconciliation for our back office operations team". "The application also interfaces directly with our administration system, giving us additional efficiency. SEcureCard gives us the controls necessary to minimize the likelihood of error or fraud."

Bobby Allen, President of StoneEagle said: "SEcureCard virtually eliminates overcharges and fraudulent activity associated with paying claims". "By implementing this program, IAS has substantially reduced processing costs involved with payment issues and the time and labor associated with reconciling transactions. IAS is among the leading administrators who have been able to accelerate service to their client base and simplify their entire claims payment process with SEcureCard."
