A leading innovator of secure information sharing and information assurance products and solutions, Cryptek, Inc., (http://www.cryptek.com ) announced today that it has appointed Sean Hunt as its Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Hunt will have, in this role, global responsibility for all legal matters of the firm and its subsidiaries, including transactional, corporate, intellectual property and litigation matters.

Mr. Hunt joins Cryptek from TVI Corporation, where he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. TVI is a publicly-traded manufacturer of shelters and personal protection equipment for the military and first responders. He was previously Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Visual Networks, then a publicly-traded developer of network management software, and in private practice with K&L Gates LLP.

Mr. Hunt, prior to entering the legal profession, held managerial, financial and engineering positions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Booz, Allen Hamilton and Cigna Securities. Mr. Hunt received his J.D. degree from the Washington College of Law at American University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in systems engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science degree in information management from the George Washington University.
