New Public Sector Unit Appointed by AtHoc

The pioneer and leader in network-centric emergency notification systems, AtHoc, Inc., announced that Dubhe Beinhorn has joined the company as its vice president of operations for the public sector. As AtHoc's continues expansion within the federal civilian, state and local government sectors, she will oversee sales, business development and partner relationships.

Ms. Beinhorn brings more than 25 years of sales and operations experience to AtHoc in federal, service provider and international markets. She served, prior to joining AtHoc, as vice president and general manager of Unisys Corporation's Federal Government Group, Systems and Technology practice, where she was responsible for the company's expansion of new business revenues and strategic partnerships. While growing the business to more than $100 million, she helped establish Juniper Federal Systems, prior to Unisys, and served as its vice president.
