New Educational Breakfast Session on the Importance of Sharing Information to Curtail Exposure to Online Fraud

    A new hosting an educational breakfast session on the importance of sharing information to curtail exposure to online fraud has been announced recently. It will be held by iovation, the device reputation authority for the Internet, and the leading provider of reputation-based online fraud management, together with the Merchant Risk Council, the retail industry’s premier association for preventing online fraud and promoting secure e-commerce. Here, presenters will explain the importance of collaboration through industry associations like the MRC, and how fraudulent information across industries can now be tracked and stopped before fraudsters exploit multiple Internet merchants.

    The Merchant Risk Council consists of over 7,800 merchants, vendors, financial institutions and law enforcement agencies.
