The new company's expertise in application development, infrastructure and security, business intelligence and enterprise management, together combined with well-established hardware and software vendor partnerships create a truly differentiated, single source for leading-edge information technology solutions.

The currently CEO of Anexinet, Diego Calderin, will continue as President. The currently CEO of Virtus Partners, John Connolly, will become CEO. The currently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Virtus Partners, Ken Foreman, will retain these same duties with the combined company, while John Parker will continue as Chief Technology Officer.
