Free Window Sweeper also offers support for many 3rd party applications, and allows you to add your custom file, folder or registry locations to be cleaned. It also has a cookie keeper option which allows you to save specific cookies from useful sites while erasing all other cookies. You can optionally choose to use secure deletion methods to completely eliminate all traces of the deleted data.
