So that Clients can access and manage compliance due diligence efforts for on-boarding and ongoing monitoring of Clients, the WSS features are designed with maximum flexibility. Along with viewing and download reports through RDC's web based interface, clients can submit, track and search the status of inquiries.
To further enhance Clients' compliance efforts, delivering high-quality data to help identify illicit activities of vendors, customers, contractors and employees, additional Web Self Service features and new products will be deployed over the next few months.
