Designed to save landlords and property management companies time and money, the EZ Mailer™ service prints and mails tenant and association owner statements on their behalf.     The company offers a free, 15-day trial of its online property management software. With no long-term commitments or contracts, Buildium has plans starting at just $9.99 per month for landlords with up to 5 rental units to $174.99 a month for portfolios of up to 650 units.

    With the EZ Mailer service, landlords and property managers choose from a list of ready document templates, mail merge with their existing addresses, see and then send the mass mailing to a state-of-the-art production facility. Initially, only tenant and association owner statements will be ready, but Buildium plans to introduce several new document templates over the next few months. The EZ Mailer service will be available free of charge for a limited time, but customers will pay just $.80 per document thereafter. Unlike other property management products that takes a one-size fits all approach, Buildium offers three online property management software editions focused on the specific needs of professional property managers, landlords and self-managed condo and homeowner associations.
