You can get a list of all user accounts (local or from the Active Directory database) and their properties, including Administrator accounts. It's simple to reset and change the passwords of any of these accounts, including the account of Domain Administrator.

You can look up account privileges, detect accounts with empty passwords, and assign Administrator privileges to any (local) user account. It's easy to enable or unlock accounts that have been disabled or locked. The program will instantly recover passwords for special accounts such as IUSR_ and HelpAssistant, and can even recover passwords to many user accounts in a matter of seconds using effective pre-configured brute-force and dictionary attacks.

The program supports Windows NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista.
