Infrastruktura TK Added as Authorized Repair Center in Russia and CIS by ViaSat

Infrastruktura TK has been signesd by ViaSat to become a “ViaSat Authorized Repair Center” for satellite communication system service, repairs, and spares in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). An in-country source for fast turnaround of service and support requests for their ViaSat LinkStar® and LinkWay® satellite systems is given to the service providers in the region by the addition of the ITK service center gives.

Managing director for enterprise VSAT sales at ViaSat, Robert Feierbach, declared: “Gaining the expertise of ITK for our repair center will increase the service quality and really cut response time for our Russian customers”. “With the vast size of the CIS, ITK will reduce the time for customers to get replacement terminals, spares, parts, or repairs by eliminating the need for lengthy import or export procedures in each case.”

Based in Moscow, ITK, has years of experience in servicing all hub-based, mesh, and single-channel-per carrier satellite systems in the Russian Federation.
